Question 1

Is Zoom really using AI?

Accepted Answer

Zoom scores 77/100 on the AI Adoption Index, tier “Shipping”: Real things in production. People are expected to use it, and mostly do. Zoom CEO Yuan calls Zoom an 'AI-first' work platform, used his own AI avatar at Zoomtopia, and credits engineers' Cursor use for faster shipping; no internal stats.

Question 2

How is Zoom’s AI adoption score calculated?

Accepted Answer

Five questions answered by employees, one tap each: daily use (30%), AI in the product (20%), what leadership does (20%), access to tools (15%) and enablement (15%). Until someone inside rates, companies are scored from what they have said on the record, with sources linked.

Question 3

Can I rate Zoom?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anyone who works at Zoom can rate their own team anonymously in about twenty seconds, no account needed. Each team’s score is shown separately.
